We offer table frames in 3 basic colours, white, black and dark blue. If you require a table frame with another special colour you are looking at a table around 10% more expensive.

Our Standard Laboratory Table Frames

Laboratory Table frames are constructed from 40 x 40mm square section 2mm grade quality kite marked steel. With its welded joints typically being 3 times stronger than the actual steel, the frames are sand blasted and painted under heat to ensure a tough lasting finish which will not crack, chip or peel like conventional paints.

The standard final coating is high gloss but other finishes can be supplied as required. This paint is bonded to the metal and will not crack, chip or peel as with conventional paint film. Please let us know which finish you require when ordering.

Our Standard Laboratory Table Work Tops

Our 16mm Trespa Athlon is made from a solid, homogenous core with a hard surface based on melamine resins. This solid grade laminate Trespa Athlon has exceptional impact resistance,it is extremely scratch and wear resistant and not adversely affected by moisture. Trespa Athlon has a closed, non-porous surface structure, which makes it difficult for dirt to cling to our lab table tops which means our table tops can be cleaned with normal cleaning agents. It is coloured both sides.

In fact, anywhere you require a strong table for a demanding application with a high chemical resistance that is easy to clean and extremely durable, then our Lab Tables work tops are exactly what you are looking for.

			We can make any size of tables as each table is designed and made by us This large table was 2300 x 1300mm and was made with twin shelves in the middle. Dr Simon Charnock of Prozomix Ltd upon receiving this large table stated 'As usual, the finish on the table is excellent, never seen better. You have done a fantastic job on the shelves, you can see the attention to detail .'Another table recently bought by Sharp laboratories had to be very strong as it was required to carry over 300kgs. We make our table tops with 16mm or 20mm Trespa Athlon solid grade laminate. Trespa Athlon is a versatile material and can be use to match other items of laboratory furniture made of the same material.
